Meals:


1.Breakfast - 1 serving size bowl of Frosted Flakes, 3/4 cup of whole milk; 222.5 calories

Project wieght loss.

Here we go. I'm going to try to get in shape during 2008!

My starting weight is 168 pounds. My goal is to lose fat and build muscle if possible. I'll be keeping this updated with what I've eaten and done. Every Sunday, I'll weigh myself and post the results.
