Project wieght loss.

Here we go. I'm going to try to get in shape during 2008!

My starting weight is 168 pounds. My goal is to lose fat and build muscle if possible. I'll be keeping this updated with what I've eaten and done. Every Sunday, I'll weigh myself and post the results.

I recommend eated plenty of veggies and fruits and LEAN mean like turkey rather than steak but im sure you probably know that XD
